This tent is large and a bit unwieldy to assemble, but the instructions are clear, and my brother and I were able to assemble it without difficulty.
I am embarrassed to admit that the first time I backed my boat into the tent, a tail light on the trailer caught a pole and severely bent that pole. I contacted the company, explained what happened and that I wanted to purchase a replacement.
Milka answered promptly, clarified which pole it was, and shipped me a replacement FREE OF CHARGE, even though it was my fault. Kudos to Milka and the company as a whole!

This is a great cat tree. Like another review said, I like that it goes out instead of up. Fantastic for large breeds. That¨s what sold me on it initially. While it still goes up of course, about 4¨7, it has a good amount of horizontal space which my newly adopted bengal cat seems to really appreciate. The horizontal space allows multiple entries and exits. That is super important with multiple cats. It looks aesthetically pleasing in your home and easy to clean. Because of the horizontal space it¨s super stable on its own feet no wall anchors required. Assembly was ever so slightly challenging, it¨s easy to put the pieces in wrong way or in the wrong place. Just read the instructions well, they¨re easy to follow. That was probably more of a me issue tbh. Took me about 30mins or so. The bars to the hide gave me some trouble but obviously doable. Don¨t let that sway you, It¨s a hide your cat will actually use. The hammock is a slightly bouncy but as a hammock, weight is distributed evenly on two sides so I¨m not concerned & definitely more stable than the cuddle cups you see on most trees. Just maybe keep that in mind if your cat is like *considerably* overweight. My bengal was all over this thing before I could finish building it. Makes his basecamp that much more comfortable while he adjusts to meeting my other cat, who I¨m sure will also LOVE this cat tree.

This is the nicest cat tree I have ever seen and I have had a LOT of cats over my lifetime and bought several trees. It is like a piece of furniture. My new kitten LOVES this and we configured it our own way different from the diagrams to fit her at this stage in her life (not too tall) when she is bigger we will change it to a higher version. It has zero smell and the wood is finished beautifully. I will not take any points off but the pads were not included in the box so the seller is graciously sending them out immediately. Stellar customer service. I HIGHLY recommend this cat tree it won't tip over with solid base and looks fabulous not to mention our kitten loves playing on it and took to it right away!

My senior cats have loved this cat tree and have an easy time getting into it. They're both partial to the doughnut bed, and one enjoys the bottom cubby. I need to get them using the top hammock so they can both perch on it.

This is a really cool cat tree! The only issue I faced while building the tree was that there was no way to have it flush with the wall. The hanging basket just does not allow it to happen. If you are also in this position, and happen to be somewhat handy; here's what I did!

I switched the position of the top bed and the bucket, so the bucket is now toward the top, which works fine since they can climb in through the sides. But this isn't enough to get the tree flush with the wall, because now the bed circle area will be hitting against the wall, and since the basket is so high, it causes the tree to shake when it is used.

To remedy this, first I cut about 4 inches off of one side of the circle of plywood for the cat bed, I then used the scrap from that cut, to make a ledge on the cut, like an L shape. Glue them together, and nail them together, then you can also use that ledge to screw it to the wall, preventing any movement from cats on the tree. The bed cover still sits nicely onto the plywood, and looks a bit more like a couch which i think my cats actually prefer.

Overall really good quality cat tree, I just wanted to help anyone with the same issue as mine.

my big baby (15 pounds) climbs it without any instability and putting it together was very easy I love the way it looks and excited to be able to wash the covers

Looks beautiful in my living room. If only the cats loved it too. Maybe it will grow on them!

Bought this cat tree bc of the aesthetic and the wide poles as bases making it sturdy. My kitten loves this tree! Cons are... The round house was extremely difficult to build that I needed a second person and 1hr just for that piece; and the top bed material doesn't stick to the build in Velcro but my kitten hasn't discovered that part yet. Overall, would recommend!

Absolutely the best cat tree/tower!!! Having 3 cats with the desire to climb & perch high added to the fact that they weigh 8-12 pounds required us to find a sturdy, strong well built structure. This one is exactly what we needed! The base is solid, the pillars are wide and very strong, the perches are perfect for 2 large cats to sleep together. When assembling FOLLOW DIRECTIONS 100%! The wood does smell but it's not unpleasant. The highest level did take the cats a little bit to get used to but as they all avid climbers & jumpers, they were able to get up and down after a little help from us using toys to encourage them. One cat is blind in his left eye and he is now able to get up to the top perch without difficulty. This is definitely worth every penny and my cats all LOVE it!! Can't stress enough to follow the directions 100% though!!!

An architectural element. A lofty, cloud-like aerie for pampered cats. Well-designed and easy to put together.

Unfortunately, the lowest perch is too high for my aging cat. The fluffy, tufty bed fabric gets stuck in his claws. But those things are time's fault, not this cat tree's. If my cat were more spry with less snaggy claws, he'd be all over this tree!

I viewed the video a lot of reviewers recommend when assembling the trunk and the branches, but didn't even need the technique. Honestly, between you and me -- I think people just don't know how to put things together! Shhh. Granted, I assemble a lot of things. And I pay close attention to instructions. I make sure I understand every step and have all the pieces before I begin. And, with this cat tree, it went perfectly, no tricks needed.

My only advice is for two people to put together the base and trunk. The base is quite heavy, the trunk unwieldy, and, even though I managed to put them together myself (I am the King of Assembly -- the KING!!!!), it would have been much easier with two.

The quality of the materials is outstanding, and it was clear when I installed it that it's built to last. The all-weather design has been perfect for the Seattle climate, where it rains a lot and snows in the winter. Despite the constant wet conditions, this cat house has kept my four cats warm and dry, and they absolutely love spending time in it. It's been a great solution for giving them a safe and cozy spot outside.

So far, I love it. A few areas for improvement, having something grippy on the exposed wood parts. Also, the arch on the top seems like it gets in the way of the cat jumping up and down from the hammock, but time will tell. The cushions stay in place and are fairly thick. Putting it together was honestly a breeze. I think it was a good value for the money, pretty good quality. It fits great in the spot by our window so they can enjoy their cat tv. I¨ll come back and update my review as they use it.

Fantastic cat tree! Very heavy and sturdy and the cushions are soft. Easy to put together and considerably cheaper than similar trees of this size. Took our cat a while to go on it but after enticing her up with her favorite toy she loves watching out the window of our 2nd floor apartment from it

So cute & sturdy. It's giant - my cats are loving it. Definitely reccomend, although shipping took a lot longer than advertised. Assembly is easy/straight forward.
